
Refund Policy
At P&R Services we pride ourselves on the quality of the service we provide and our strict quality control procedures. Following a service being provided, should you have any questions or concerns about the service provided or feel the service was not to an expected standard, please contact us and we will immediately review this for you.
Should we find that the service was not complete or there is an outstanding problem, we will quickly ensure that the we rectify the problem at no additional cost to you. Additionally, should an item be damaged or faulty, please inform us with 28 days of purchase and we will provide a replacement item to the same specification.
Should you require to return a non-faulty product, please inform us and return the product within 7 days or receiving the product. The product should be returned undamaged and in the original packaging as the order was received. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will provide a refund to the product value as per your invoice. Any postage or delivery costs will not be refunded.
